Critical study on Apatantraka

Abstract
Apatantraka and Apatanaka are same clinical entities. Apatanaka can be considered as a stage of Apatantraka. Likewise, etiopathogenesis and symptoms of Apatantraka and Stroke adam’s attack closely resemble each other. Thus, it can be concluded that Apatantraka should be considered as stroke adam’s attack in modern parlance.
